A journey through swaddling, meditation, whale sounds, heated stones, and slime. This is a gentle healing workshop, emphasising play and tactility. Participants will be guided through a series of meditations that shift our perspective: helping us to inhabit our present and our environment more deeply.

Slime, swaddling and other tactile processes embed us deeply in the physical, drawing us into the present. Allowing respite for our exhausted minds and bodies. Through making and playing with our hands and bodies, we enhance the complexity of our imaginative feeling. Play through tactility draws us out of ourselves and our anxieties, reigniting us with a curiosity about the world. At the same time, it gives us a different perspective on our embodied selves: allowing us to better feel our hands, our skin.
